Shannon Forrester

Owner/Scheduler

Shannon has been in the construction industry since 2004.  She began as a residential General Contractor, owning and managing her own projects, before moving into the world of commercial construction with the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2010. After gaining valuable experience working on Fairchild, AFB as an onsite Project Engineer, Alternate CQC, and Alternate Superintendent, she has spent the last 7 years writing construction schedules exclusively.  Her experience taught her how frustrating it can be for contractors to navigate the world of government contracting, and is uniquely suited to guide you through the process.  Having the experience of running the project through writing all subcontracts, drafting change orders, submitting Davis Bacon payroll reports, preparing submittals, setting up and maintaining RMS 3.0, and writing and updating Primavera P6; Shannon has the experience you need to manage every angle of your project.

Jason Murphy

Scheduler

Jason has a BS in Construction Management and has served as Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, and Superintendent over the course of his 11-year career working on government contracts.  His extensive resume includes a background in projects with the US Army Corps of Engineers where he learned to navigate the often overwhelming process.  He has built the relationships necessary to successfully execute contracts within this ever-changing system, and has the desire to use his experience to work with you to simplify the process.  His proven track record of successful implementation of RMS 3.0 is uniquely suited to assist your team in navigating the system.
